Overview

Klouderr responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content on our service infringes your rights, you may submit a takedown notice using the form below or by contacting our designated agent directly.

Required Information

To be effective under the DMCA, your takedown notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on our service (URL)
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the identified content. We may notify the uploader and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content you uploaded was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. It must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
